Supported formats
OneTutor can process different types of course materials, including:
Text files (.txt)
PDFs
Audio files (e.g., .mp3, .wav)
Video files (OneTutor just uses the audio track)
How long does processing take?
After upload, materials are processed so that chat and quizzes can use them.
Typical estimate: about 5–10 minutes
Very large files may take longer.
Recommended guidelines (based on experience)
PDFs up to around 700 pages typically work well.
Lecture recordings up to around 3 hours typically work well.
Longer content may still work but can require more processing time.
Troubleshooting tips
If materials are still not available after a long time, try re‑uploading or contact support.
